Venison Nachos

You will need:

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Leek
  • 500g Venison Mince
  • 1 Can Watties Hot Chilli Beans
  • 1 Can Watties Mexican Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Corn Kernels
  • 1 Sachet Farrah’s Nacho Spice Mix
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Avocado
  • Some Spinach
  • Some Cheese
  • 1 Chilli
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Lime
  • A bag of Corn Chips

In a hot pan cook your leek and grated carrot until soft. Add venison mince and brown. Add beans, tomatoes, and spice mix, cook through and let simmer for 15mins or so.

Line an ovenproof dish with chips and add your mince mixture on top. Add cheese and throw it under the grill until browned and bubbling.

Top with spinach, tomato, avocado, chilli, onion, blackened corn and finish with some lime juice.
