Kingfish Sashimi with Ginger and hot Sesame Oil.

Simply top sliced fresh kingfish with finely cut matchsticks of ginger and thinly sliced pickled garlic. Poured over a mix of smoking hot sesame and olive oil. Finish off with spring onion, toasted sesame seeds, and soy sauce.
