You will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a hot pan cook your leek and grated carrot until soft. Add venison mince and brown. Add beans, tomatoes, and spice mix, cook through and let simmer for 15mins or so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Line an ovenproof dish with chips and add your mince mixture on top. Add cheese and throw it under the grill until browned and bubbling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Top with spinach, tomato, avocado, chilli, onion, blackened corn and finish with some lime juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
