The soup is a recipe from my friend\u00a0Natalie\u00a0–\u00a0Natalie Brady Nutrition\u00a0– it’s one I make often and have always wanted to try it with fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make the soup you add broccoli, courgette, leek, garlic, chickpeas, coconut cream, water, turmeric, cumin, and seasoning to a pot and boil it for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then using a stick blender, whizz it all up into a creamy soup. I then added my pan-fried fish and topped with some oil, parsley, S+P, and lemon juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
