Cut about 200g of kingfish into chunks and marinate for 30mins in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 tsp crushed ginger<\/li><li>2 tsp crushed garlic<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp smoked paprika<\/li><li>2-3 tsp Moroccan spice mix (Masterfoods)<\/li><li>a few good glugs of olive oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In a frying pan, fry 2 x sliced shallots with 2 x sliced carrots, until soft.
