You will need:
- 4 to 6 Venison Sausages
- 2 Brown Onions Sliced
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Fruit Chutney
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Green Apple Sliced
- 2 Red Chillis Diced
- 3 Tomatoes Cut Into Chunks
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 2 Tsp Dried Thyme
Brown sausages in a hot pan, then remove. Fry onions, apple, garlic, and chilli until soft. Add sausages and all other ingredients to the pan, mix together, season with S+P, and simmer for 20-30minutes. The longer you cook it the thicker the sauce will get.
I served them on mashed Kumara with vegetables.
