Get some spaghetti boiling in salted water. In a hot pan cook half a head of broccoli, cut finely, along with some red onion, a heap of garlic, and some fresh chilli. In another pan get your fish steak cooking. I had mine coated in olive oil, lemon zest, and some dill. Don’t overcook it. Once your spaghetti is cooked, add it to the pan with the broccoli along with a teaspoon of coconut oil, halved cherry tomatoes, a heap of lemon juice/zest, and chopped parsley. Toss it all together. Season well and serve with your fish steak on top. I finished mine with more parsley, lemon juice, some olive oil, and a Corona.
