Cube the meat and marinate it in spicey version Chimichurri for a couple of hours then make up the skewers with capsicum, halloumi, cherry toms, mushies, and pineapple. Cook them on the BBQ ??
Side note; you guys should try this chimichurri stuff it’s so amazing on game meat and apparently fish too. Its made by my sister’s neighbors, she sent me a few jars down to try and it is next level, highly recommend!
